2012 Tree Planting Day - Woodbrook Natural Burial Ground:

The Green Graveyard Company helded its first Tree Planting day on 6 ^thJanuary 2012. Up to 130 people mostly family and friends of those who have been interned at Woodbrook in the previous year came along and helped us plant a tree at the graves of their loved ones. This will be an yearly event with details available on our website prior to the event

September 2011 Natural Burial Ground for Galway:

The Green Graveyard Company Ltd has resubmit planning for a natural burial ground at Castlehackett (North Galway). A decission will be made by Galway County Council by 24th February See www.greengraveyard.com for more information

August 2011 Natural Burial Ground for Cork:

The Green Graveyard Company Ltd (our sister company) have submitting a planning application to Cork County Council for the development of a natural burial ground at Mount Desert, Clogheen, Co. Cork. More info: www.greengraveyard.com
