Water Hyacinth

Water hyacinth is an extremely fast growing pond weed that doubles in size every 28 days causing waterways and irrigation streams to clogg up and block. When this weed is extracted from the water it is usually dumped. When producing this coffin the water hyacinth is weaved onto a solid wooden frame leaving an extremely sturdy structure. Small wooden screws hold the lid and name plate in place while the linings are made from natural materials.

Eco-Bamboo

This bamboo coffin is produced in a fair trade factory from bamboo grown in a sustainable plantation. It comes in a traditionally shape and is elegantly woven. It has a "bamboo board" base and simple natural material linings. The actress Wendy Richards choose to be buried in this coffin which has lead to a surge in interest in green or eco coffins. The bamboo is also of a variety not eaten by endangered Panda's. A plain pine wooden name plate and cross is available.

Irish Willow

This willow coffin is made in Donegal from willow that is grown near Greencastle in Donegal.
The willow is used in its natural form meaning that it retains its natural green colour.
The rope used is a natural rope.
